Lack of clear value proposition and problem solution statement

Our clientโ€™s product is one-of-a-kind in the market. When you came to the old website, it didnโ€™t feel innovative and it was really hard to understand what they actually do, and how they can solve your problems

Clear value proposition - showcasing app process

Instead of describing, we decided to visualize how the product works, by creating 3 step animation showcasing process. As a result, complicated process is visualized in a way, that even non-technical people can easily understand how it works.

3 months sprint

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Kick-off and core idea definition: After understanding the brand mission, we went straight towards creating a timeframe idea for the main 3D animation, as this required the most amount of time to deliver

๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ Moodboard & Branding: We've conducted several workshop to understand clients vision, after that we created moodboard and potential styleguide for the brand

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Wireframes: Once the foundations were laid down, in just a one week, we created wireframes for the website

โœ… Hi-fi design & branding: Once everything was approved, we finalized branding and moved to hi-fi designs

๐Ÿ’ป Development & QA Testing Last month, we spend on refinments and debugging. Crucial part was to make sure it looks great on all screen sizes

Simple and effective environment

โœ… Daily reports: To make sure we are on the same page, I offered daily summaries of my work with the plan for upcoming days

โœ… Internal catchups: As I lead the project, I touch based with my team on a daily basis, to ensure we are on the same page

โœ… Weekly workshops: I've conducted 2 workshops per week, to align on the main topics and update the whole team

โœ… All-in-one mentality: To keep the work for the clients as easy as possible, we kept all of our work in one Figma file + always kept it clean, so every person that jumped in the project could understand what's going on

โœ… Being open from the day one: I like to work in honest and open environment, that's why we shared all of our files with clients from the day one, so they can check progress any time they want

Challenges ๐Ÿš€

Time constraints & managing multiple teams

First challenge that I faced, was to plan out and manage this big project within 2 months. We needed to quickly get client's approval on 3D animation, to make sure we can deliver everything on time

Another challenge was to manage both clients expectations and team tasks. I needed to properly structure and organize Figma, so everyone has it's own working environment. I was updating client on a daily basis on the progress, and at the same time gave feedback to my teammates
